The MRR Low Volume RNG Odorizer is a precision injection system built for low to moderate gas flow rates, where consistent odorant concentration matters more than raw throughput. Unlike a bypass odorizer, it uses a metering pump to inject a controlled dose regardless of flow variation, so concentration doesn't drift as demand changes.
Three tank sizes, 30, 75, and 120 gallons, combine with a choice of single or dual pump configurations and single- or double-cut regulation. Pick the tank size for your odorant supply interval, the pump count for your flow demand, and the regulation stage for your inlet pressure range, independently of one another. Every unit ships with a fire-rated insulated cover (CAN/ULC-S114) and a thermostatically controlled space heater, rated for operation from 0°F to 140°F. Electrical components are certified for hazardous locations (Class I Division 1, Group C/D, T3C). Odorant flow is measured continuously with a pulse-output flow meter and confirmed with flow-switch detection, so a lost dose shows up immediately instead of at the next site visit. An active carbon filter, with a passive filter option, keeps the system running clean.
