The MRR Flow Meter Tracker is a mobile ultrasonic flow measurement system built for remote operation on virtually any utility pipe. Solar and battery power let it run at sites with no external power connection, and it brings accurate flow monitoring to locations without permanent metering infrastructure, without cutting into the line or interrupting flow to install.
A battery reserve keeps the unit running for a full week with no sunlight, so measurement continues through the stretches of low light when flow rates matter most. Ultrasonic measurement means no wetted parts and no moving components in the gas stream, so installation doesn't require a hot tap or a shutdown. The unit is Class I Division 2 certified for hazardous locations, so it can be deployed at active gas sites without a separate safety exception. The enclosure is designed to protect the unit against tampering and theft during unattended field deployment. The unit integrates with Watchtower for remote data access, so flow readings are visible off-site without a truck roll to check the meter.
Temporary or supplemental flow measurement on distribution and utility pipes, remote or unmanned sites lacking permanent power or metering, and winter flow monitoring where sunlight is limited but measurement can't lapse.
