Integrated Odorizers
Description
The MRR Integrated Odorizer is a fully packaged system for accurate, reliable odorization. Dual metering pumps run in parallel for redundancy or added capacity, and an integrated Coriolis flow meter delivers a pulse signal for proportional-to-flow injection.
The unit is housed in an insulated enclosure with integral secondary containment, with active and passive carbon filtration for vapor management during servicing and operation. A custom HMI handles local control, monitoring, alarms, diagnostics, and measurement. Built for remote sites, it runs on 24 VDC solar power with 120 VAC generator backup, and is rated C1D1 (interior) and C1D2 (exterior) for Class I, Division 2 hazardous locations. With both pumps running, capacity reaches 861,000 SCFH of natural gas at up to 450 psig.
