Odorant Delivery & Transfer

Right Product, Right Place, On-Time

A dependable odorant supply is fundamental to every gas odorization program. When inventory runs low or product needs to move between assets, operators need a partner that can respond safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

As a Chevron Phillips odorant distributor, MRR delivers and transfers natural gas odorant for utilities, pipeline operators, renewable natural gas facilities, refineries, and industrial gas users across North America, working on roughly 1,000 sites a year. Our trained technicians manage the process from loading through final transfer using specialized, DOT-compliant transportation equipment and controlled procedures designed to keep odorant contained, minimize vapor release, and protect personnel and operating sites. Deliveries can move in bulk or in smaller containers depending on site needs, and where ongoing support is required, MRR can also monitor inventory levels, refill cylinders, and manage odorant supply across multiple locations.

Odorant Delivery Management

Reliable Supply

Scheduled and on-demand delivery helps maintain adequate odorant inventory and reduces the risk of an unexpected supply interruption.

Controlled Product Handling

Specialized equipment and disciplined transfer procedures help keep odorant contained while minimizing vapor release and personnel exposure.

More Efficient Field Operations

Coordinated delivery, inventory monitoring, filtration, and documentation reduce administrative demands and allow field teams to focus on higher-value work.

Supply Planning and Site Coordination

MRR begins by reviewing the required odorant blend, current inventory, receiving equipment, site access, scheduling requirements, and transfer conditions. We then establish a delivery plan suited to the customer's system and operating schedule.

Transportation and Transfer

Odorant is transported using specialized, DOT-compliant equipment maintained for safe chemical handling. Depending on volume and site requirements, MRR can deliver in bulk or transport smaller odorant containers. At the site, trained technicians complete the transfer using containment and vapor-control procedures designed to keep product inside the system throughout the operation.

Documentation and Ongoing Support

MRR provides delivery and chain-of-custody documentation following the service. Where ongoing support is required, we can also coordinate scheduled deliveries, monitor inventory levels, refill cylinders, filter odorant, and help manage product across multiple sites.

Keep your Odorant Supply Moving

Whether you need a scheduled supply program, an urgent delivery, a cylinder refill, or a controlled transfer between assets, MRR can build the service around your equipment, inventory, and operating schedule.
